[APP][Pro] Norwegian Electricity Bill (Strømregning)

I want to use this app to calculate the savings from using a battery in my house. (i.E charge when price low, and discharge when price high)
It Works by the means that it counts the cost when i charge the battery, also it subtracts the total cost when i discharge but only to the point when it reaches cost of 0. I want the app to be able to show me the savings by letting it go beneath 0. is this possible? (the total khw i shown as - already, but not the cost)
Rudi

Any chance you could add this AND-card (the Tibber app already has it, and it’s incredibly useful)?

  • Current price is at its lowest among the next Hours hours

It makes it super easy to set up for instance smart charging.

Yes, will be fixed in v. 1.6.0

Yes, will be fixed in v. 1.6.0

I might support such flows in this app in a later release.

For now you can use the Heating Controller app. You can configure the Heating Controller app to fetch prices from this app.

v. 1.6.0 in test:

  • Support for kW as unit for ‘Update consumption’ action
  • Added prices for grid company Klive

Hi,
I absolute love this app and the data it gives me.

I’m wounding if some feature can be added:

Calculate the average cost per kW/h based on when I use the power? If so I would love it, then I can use that to decide when the heat pump can start etc.

Is there also a possibility to add subsidies? Example total cost and total cost after subsidies :grimacing:

Best regards

Hi @Vegard_Ims

Yes, several people have asked for daily average price, and also the monthly average price (from Nordpool).

With daily average price you can see if you beat the spot daily average price, i.e., you have efficient heating, charging, etc.

The monthly average price can be used to calculate subsidies. Calculation of subsidies will be an estimate and will become more accurate at the end of the month.

So first I will add:

  • your daily average price
  • spot daily average price
  • spot monthly average price

and wait a bit with subsidies.

Hi, the utility pricing from Agder Energi have changed 1.1.2023 but does not show up in «strømregning". Something you will look into by opportunety.
Btw thanks for your very nice Homey apps

Can You please add the Norwegian grid company “Tensio Trøndelag Nord ” to Your app?
You already have “Tensio” in Your app, but that is really “Tensio Trøndelag Sør”
Prices for “Tensio Trøndelag Nord” is found here: Tensio Trøndelag Nord - Nettleie og tilknytningsavtaler
Regardless of You beeing able to find time to fix this or not; it is A GREATE APP!!!

A very good app! Is it possible to get it to show last month kwh as well?

Can you send new prices back to me in this format, it will be easy to add:

gridSettings: {
            gridCapacity0_2: 245,
            gridCapacity2_5: 315,

Hei

Dette skal være riktige priser nå

https://www.aenett.no/nettleie/tariffer/
Men ser de har justert tabellen på siden sin de siste dagene. Før det var det en kolonne med de gamle prisene også. Så om du henter priser direkte fra websiden er det mulig det er blitt riktig allerede

gridSettings: { gridCapacity0_2: 135, gridCapacity2_5: 170, gridCapacity5_10: 290, gridCapacity10_15: 600, gridCapacity15_20: 780, gridCapacity20_25: 980, gridCapacityAverage: “3”, gridEnergyDay: 0.3865, gridEnergyNight: 0.2665, gridEnergyLowWeekends: true, gridEnergyLowHoliday: false, }

Very useful app. Thanks Bjørnar :star_struck:

Is it possible to make the app to calculate and show the personal price per month or the best per day.
It would have been fun to see if you are above or below the average price.

Keep up the good work.

Will be added something like that in the next release.

V. 1.7.0 in test with the following changes:

  • Added ‘Energy previous month’ capability
  • Added ‘Daily avg. spot price’ and ‘Monthly avg. spot price’ capabilities
  • Added ‘Daily cost/consumption’ (NOK/kWh) capability
  • Added grid costs for Tensio Trøndelag Nord and updated for Agder Energi Nett

‘Energy previous month’ will be zero until next monthly.

‘Daily avg. spot price’ and ‘Daily cost/consumption’ can be excl. taxes or incl. taxes and grid costs. This can be changes from adv. settings.

‘Monthly avg. spot price’ is excl. taxes, and is updated once a day.

Here’s a link to install the test-version:
