@Kerberos if it’s not addressable please try to set it to AK001-ZJ2146 or to Other in the device settings (make sure to restart the app)

I haven’t yet played with Ledstrips yet. I’m doing some research but there is a lot to choose (and the Ali pages aren’t always helping 
). Can someone point me in the right direction on what to buy?
What I’m trying to achieve:
- Led strip of approx. 6meters with 60pixels per meter
- I would like to create effects (wave that kind of stuff) so in need addressable ledstrips and a controller that works with those, right?
- It’s for a Livingroom situation, so I would like warm white to be in the package also
- Off course the setup should work with Homey and this app (because it seems very promising!)
Anyone order something similar recently?

@Kay-Arne for addresable i would suggest to check WLED instead of magic home
To me the Magic Home route seems the most easy. I’m not looking for very complicated effects. Just moving rainbow/ wave effects. As far as I could figure out this is possible by using the Magic Home Controller, right?
@Kay-Arne yes, but not all magic home devices. So i cant give a guarantee that it will work. But i can look up the one i have and send you the link

@martijnpoppen one thing though that’s odd, color selection is verrrrry difficult/sensitive, don’t know if that’s a known issue? Between red and yellow are only Millimeters on the color wheel and it quickly goes to white light. Difficult to explain I guess I’ll try to record a video soon
But it’s nearly impossible to select the color I want
Especially as it’s not possible to define the predefined colors of homey right?
Quite worried tempered again with the devices as I finally got them to work
But if you know what I mean I’d try because it would be really nice to actually have the selected colors on my lights

App Unavailable) do i need to do something manually?

Yep 3.6.2 had a issue. But I published that a hour ago, so might be the auto update did not kick in yet

Hello everyone,
just bought a magic home controller, got some 20m LED strips from aliexpress, they are working, managed to connect them to the mobile app and control them.
Unfortunately, homey can’t see them… tried the RESET/PAIR action (on/off 3x on the controller) and home can’t find anything… any suggestions?
