Currently not supported i see.
I do have a work around:

  • Make sure you have the test version
  • change device type to 2148 in the device settings
  • restart the app
  • the device should be working as a addressable led strip

I’ll add the device later this week :slight_smile:

Hi,
sorry to inform you it does not work on the 2148 setting.
I don’t think the led strip is addressable. It has the RGBCW channels.
Is there anything else I can do to test?

Maybe a off-topic question. But can I just cut the end of the ledstrip (see picture) off, without any problems for the ledstrip?

I mean the end piece, to extend the strip. Thank you!

@UA84 as far as i know: yes.
If your power supply is strorng enough to power the whole strip from one end. But I think it’s a SMD5050 right?

It’s better to cut them off at the end of a circuit, most of the time you can see a dotted line printed (sometimes a solid line) on it, or it’s in the middle of the copper “stripes” (as seen on the left side of your picture, even looks like it has a black line there, thats the spot to cut it.

Hello Martijn

After the latest update (test version 3.3.25) I can’t dim my AK001-ZJ200 anymore (have 5 of them). I can turn the ledstrips on and of but only at the latest dim level.

Adit: I also can’t change the color
