I’m just trying your app now found the token with the help of AI used to use life360 all the time when IFTTT was free then stopped using it so it’ll be good to get using it again…
Thanks @LRvdLinden! Was working fine to create devices now with version 1.2.4.
I couldn’t get it to pair or add devices until version 1.3.0, and then it just started working… absolutely brilliant, excellent work
Thank you!! ![]()
Loving the Map widget!
Thanks!
Nice!! And thanks for the beer![]()

Okay will fix that soon!

All the new additions are working great, most excellent app
Thank you.
Is it possible to add the Discrete SOS Alert triple button press as a When Flow trigger card?
It sets off an alarm in the Life360 mobile app, but don’t know if it is exposed in their API…
(That’s what we mainly use it for, as I’m mobility disabled, and my mum and partner are elderly and not so steady on their feet… so we carry the Tiles with the Life360 SOS button alerts in case one of us has a fall. So that would be really useful.)
All works fine, but after 15-ish minutes updates stops working.
Can it be that the 5 sec updates are to fast and I’ve run into an update limit ?
(V1.3.2., life360.com still open and even retried with new token after logout/login, no paid 360 service/abonnement)
I have 3 x Life360 devices, and been running the app for days now with the 5 seconds update interval. And so far haven’t run in to any rate limiting problems. But I did initially think that could be a possible issue, but it has been fine so far for me. (The battery level is a bit slow to respond, but I suspect that’s possibly more down to Apple, as it is similar for the Apple Find My app on Homey.)
You could always try changing the polling interval to say 60 seconds, and leaving for 24-48 hours for any tripped rate limits to reset.
Discover that if the device is moving then updates are send and the “last update time” is changing.
So assume the “connected” means that still there is connection between homey and life360.com ?
Also noticed that starting to charge a device doesn’t trigger and update in homey.
This too I have found to take a couple minutes to update from the mobile provider (ie Apple) with other apps to, and believe this is more the mobile provider than the Life360 app (as my iPhone charging status in the Find My app on Homey takes a similarly long time to update).
EDIT: My bad, I just tested it with my iPhone, and although Find My took a couple minutes to show on charge status, a couple minutes after that and the Life360 still hasn’t updated, showing last on charge status change was “an hour ago”. The battery charge percentage still seems to update though.
No SOS Flow trigger has been added. Although SOS is available within Life360, the member API currently used by the app does not provide a reliable SOS event that can safely be used for Flow triggers.
