It is the first “A smart detection event” does not fire!!
The push notification does not come at all - so i assume there is not detected an event or it is not catch by the Homey?
What can i do to find out what is (not) happening?
Can it be that Unifi does not work with this?
Will you add the testimage?
The Unifi Protect triggers fine in my setup, it is more that the snapshot available has quite high compression and the plates in the result are unreadable.
There is a workaround for that
Can you share your flow? I can not work out why it does not fire !!
What kind of event do you use? Car or movement or person or?
There is now update in the above link with a flow I’m using for Unifi Protect camera and LPR.

I have installed Open ALPR on my Synology. Would it be possible to also support your custom URL instead of the platerecognizer URL.

@Gruijter - I have eufy homebase 3 (S380), and that limits me to 30 snapshots pr day - so it’s a pain in the a*** to set up and test. The only “fix” I can see is to buy a Synology DS and use surveillance station through my Homey Pro (2023) - or am I wrong?
I have tried to run it with the picture from the event instead of snapshot, but the resolution is not good enough.
Any helpful tips?
