Korte vraag: ik ben voornemens een LG Dual Inverter mobiele airco aan te schaffen, type PA11WS. Nu heeft deze ondersteuning voor LG Thinq, wat mij doet vermoeden dat ik hem middels jouw app zou moeten kunnen aansturen.
Weet jij of deze wordt aangestuurd zoals een andere AC via de app/cloud?

Ik denk dat dit voor martin ook moeilijk te beantwoorden is. De Thinq ondersteuning is de gok waard, er is een zeer reele kans dat het gaat werken. Zo niet zou Martin kunnen kijken wat er anders is, en het alsnog implementeren, mits hij tijd heeft natuurlijk 
Is het Thinq via Wifi? Dat is wel een vereiste.
Yes, het is via Wifi, vandaar ook dat ik een vermoeden heb dat het gaat werken aangezien de calls die Thinq moet maken nagenoeg hetzelfde zijn, alleen je zal net zien dat het wat afwijkt.
Als het inderdaad door Martin is aan te passen ivm tijd/zin dan wil ik de gok wel nemen.
Als ie ondersteuning heeft van de LG thinq app zelf dan is de kans groot.
@Martin_Verbeek Bij de LG airco als ik de functie “auto droogmaken” aanzet dan zet hij deze na 2 seconden terug uit. Weet jij de oplossing?

Hi, first of all thanks for the app! I’ve noticed that two of my four ACs report the wrong humidity and power usage in Homey.
The two console models report correctly but the two Dualcool Deluxe’s report both the humidity and power usage divided by 10. So humidity report 5% while in the LG app itself it’s 50%. And the power usage reports around 100 watts, which should be more like a 1000 which is more in range of what the console models report. The temperatures are all correct though.

Hallo bedankt allereerst voor deze mooie app! Ik heb nu mijn warmtepomp toegevoegd en probeer de watertemperatuur in te stellen met de buitentemperatuur. Eerste vraag is wanneer ik de flow heb gemaakt moet ik de warmtepomp dan op een bepaalde modus zetten of veranderd dat automatisch wanneer de flow word geactiveerd?
Heb deze flow gemaakt werkt dat?
Met deze flow moet je oppassen, als de temp snel dropt kunnen meerdere triggers afgaan en weet je niet welk commando als laatst uitgevoerd is.
Stel het was 12 graden, en het dropt naar 3 graden, dan zal hij dus EN kleiner dan 10 EN kleiner dan 5 zijn geworden in die interval. Zal niet veel voorkomen, maar het is een goed idee om daar een extra check bij te plaatsen, als kleiner dan 10 → maar groter of gelijk aan 5 → set temperatuur naar

I am using my Nest Speaker located in the bathroom where my washer-dryer is placed. I’m having a lot of fun thanks to you. Thank you! However, I cannot create a flow that:
When: The washing machine is turned off (this is ok)
And: The drum cleaning has exceeded 30 washes (this is NOT POSSIBLE TO DO)
Then: Bla Bla Bla… etc… etc… Nest speaks and tells me to perform the drum cleaning.
Can you fix this in the next versions?

We zijn eigenaar van een recente LG diepvries, deze werkt op de app maar laat standaard de koel temperatuur zien i.p.v. de vries temperatuur. De vries temperatuur werkt wel, maar komt zotezien niet default op de button. Aangezien er zowel vriezers, koelkasten en combi vries/koel van LG zijn, zo het misschien mogelijk zijn om te selecteren welke niet nodig is: de koel- of vriestemperatuur (of beiden wel)?

a while ago I reported already about an issue with the LG AWHP while running in AI mode. Problem is that you app currently doesnt allow to change the target value to all possble values with the AWHP (-5 to +5).
You mentioned you wanted to look into it, but as I still havent seen any solution yet I am wondering whether you are still looking on this or did you gave up on it?
Currenty I found out that the event “Target temperature has changed” is not triggered when the target value in the LG control unit is set to -3, -4 or -5. For other valid values (-2,-1,0,+1,…,+5) the event is triggered!
As a reminder it seems that while the AWHP runs in AI mode, the target temperature in your app (probably also the LG API?) are handled by celsius values. However in the LG APP and the control unit, no celsius values are used but only a “virtual” value from -5 to +5.
This also means that in case the AI mode is enabled I have to set a celsius value for the target temperature in your app in order to change the target value in LG (which uses different values).
This is OK as I am able to set the target temperature thru your app in LG while running in AI mode.
I found out following mapping for those values (see also my previous comments)

However I cannot set a celsius value below 15 degree celsius, which refers to -2 in the LG app. This results in the inability to set the target temperature for the AWHP to values -3, -4 and -5.
And as mentioned in the beginning of this post the event “target temperature changed” in your app is not triggered when values -3, -4 and -5 are set in the LG app or control unit.
Ik wil de LG Inverter warmtepomp boiler 270L 230V - WH27S gaan kopen en dan het overschot van me zonnepanelen gebruiken om hem warm te maken.
Heeft iemand toevallig deze warmtepomp? Zie namelijk bij de kaartjes geen manier om het vermogen in te stellen. Wel een mode (volgens mij normaal, power en vakantie?).
Deze heb ik inderdaad ook.
Ik doe dit door de water temperatuur omhoog te schroeven.
Standaard staat hij op 50 graden, als er overschot is (en de auto zit vol etc) dan zet ik hem op de max van 60 graden automatisch. Verder staat hij hard op de warmtepomp stand ipv de auto.
Dus niet echt vermogen te regelen, maar door de water temp te veranderen heb je wel dat effect.
Ik denk dat mijn app ervan uitgaat dat je altijd een koeldeel aanwezig is. Die moet ik nakijken…

Would you like to know if you have any ideas on how to solve the following?
There are LG ThinQ air conditioners in the house, 4 of which we uploaded to Homey Pro via the LG ThinQ app. The air conditioners registered to the account have appeared and can be managed via Homey App.
In the Apple Home application, the air conditioners are displayed, showing the current and the set temperature, but you cannot control them from the application. It cannot be turned on or off, and if I turn on or turn off the air conditioner in Homey, this change does not appear in Apple Home, so e.g. the air conditioner turned off in Homey still appears on in Apple Home.
Does this work for anyone else? Can this be improved?

@Martin_Verbeek Hi Martin and everyone, I don’t know if I can ask for your support here in english, as I see that the 3d is in dutch, but I’m going to make a trial.
I have a washer added to Homey Pro via LG ThinQ.
I noticed that I can see on Homey all the information about the washing program but via Homey I can only set it “into standby” but not in “pause”.
Can you confirm that is not possible set the washer in Pause or can suggest me a solution?

@Martin_Verbeek ik gebruik jouw app al een tijdje met veel plezier voor mijn wasmachine. Sinds LG een nieuw display geplaatst heeft (dat ging net buiten de garantie stuk) blijft de machine wel online (heeft dus aldoor aan de WiFi module van de machine gelegen en die zit volgens de monteur ook op de printplaat van het display).
Nu een klein vraagje, ik weet ook niet of jij die mogelijkheid hebt, in de nieuwe TinQ app zie je nu ook het verbruik van de machine. Is het mogelijk dit ook in de insights te krijgen?
