The app polls Envoy every minute. How often it updates the information it provides is out of my control.
I dont use Enphase batteries so I’m likely to keep this as just a per-panel monitor.
So what does the energy attribute represent? It does not seem to be the amount produced today or total.
Anybody have any idea?
What do you mean with “energy attribute”. Is it in the Energy Tab or in the device tile or ….?
Just look at the unit, kW or kWh.
The right one… but I can’t figure out what it is. It’s not the total daily production for today of that panel
Aha, I have only power. I am on app version 1.0.11 experimental.
Could it be the power during this day. Have a look in Insights how the graph behaves.
I updated the app and have power and energy too. I have to wait a day to see what Energy means.
As I see in the notes the app is updated to make it compatible with the Energy tab, I presume it represents the total number of kWh produced from the beginning. Just as the Energy in the power meter of your house. The Energy tab uses that to calculate the current daily energy.
I figured it out. It’s the cumulative production. But since it doesn’t have the history it starts at the moment the app was updated.
I made a virtual device for the total solar panels and a simple flow when the panels change to set the new values. Works very nicely.
FYI: You can also use the group app, and make one groupdevice with power and energy.
I must be doing something wrong…
Whatever I do, the app keeps saying “no new devices found”
I tried both logins.
Anybody some tips?
The app never asks for an IP-address, but in earlier comments I saw something about changed IP addresses.
What do I need to set to get my panels in Homey??
The app doesn’t work for me either; the devices do not appear in the app.
I am having trouble setting up the IQ Insights app. The app repeatedly reports: “no new devices found.”
I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists:
Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
Restarted Homey.
Logged in using my standard Enphase web portal credentials (which work correctly on the Enphase website).
Does anyone have troubleshooting tips or suggestions beyond these steps?
Unfortunately same issue here, cannot find devices, created a7acda4a-64e2-4c95-84d6-66b053f515f2
No issues here anymore. Just tried to add my inverters and the app found them all
This app used to work perfectly. However since I had to do a restore on homey I get : this device is now not available. There is no repair option and there are no app settings. So I tried to add a new device, provided the right credentials and got no new devices found. I hoped that this would fix it, but it doesn’t.
Deleting a device and trying to re add also gives the same result.

Hope you can find out what is wrong
Same problem! deleted app installed app homey reboot app will not find devices. Very disapointing.
