[APP][Pro] Intesis - Take control of your air-conditioner with Intesis

I have the Intesis app now working for some months, and everything works as expected. Lately the power from the gid was switched off a few times. Every time the wifi network takes op de airco’s, but in homey they are ‘not available’. I can delete and re-install, but in that case I need to change all the flows again, which is ofcourse not what you want. What can be the reason?

Are you sure IP address is still the same after reboot ?
Please control IP is still correct in settings before trying anything else.

Pretty sure. If I want to add an new device, Homey asks an IP address. If I fill this in, it says that it is a duplicate, so I assume the old device is still in the system. Can I check this somewhere in the app?

Same thing happens here also , when power from grid is off and on again and when homey restarts after a software update.
But in my case , I only need to restart the homey app to get it working again.

Homey App says IP already exists because you’ve already got the device with this IP.

First of all, you should verify your Intesis IP address trying to telnet to this IP.
When connected, try to send « INFO » (up shift) then « Enter » to see if you get any answer.

If you can’t connect or can’t get any answer, your IP is not the good one.

I know the IP address of the wifi unit of the airco. This is visible on the wifi and in the app from the airco itself. But I don’t know the IP adress that is in Homey. I try to connect to telnet, but wtihout succes (error).

The IP address is in Device settings in Homey. You can view or even change it.

If you can’t telnet your device, it’s not connected. Did you try to ping the unit address ?
