You have a DM with access

Thanks for the quick step list tutorial yet I’m a bit confused because in https://eu5.fusionsolar.huawei.com/thirdData/stations I can’t get a station code only get plant code as shown in the image below.

What am I doing wrong?

It seems that Huawei has 2 kinds of API at the moment (getStationList deprecated? Ā· Issue #68 Ā· tijsverkoyen/HomeAssistant-FusionSolar Ā· GitHub) if the installation is newer then June 30, 2022 the new routines need to be used.

I have already solved the sign in part, but retrieving the data is not yet possible. (Still working on it)
Then I also have to make sure this is backwards compatible.

I have released a new version, can you please try again?

I just tried and it’s working for me.

In my installation I only have a Luna inverter and detected it straight away allowing me to add it to Homey.

Thanks a lot!

Sorry for the double post, I put this it git and then found this here:

My homey icon shows the red triangle and when I click the icon I get the

"TypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to object"

I have two inverters daisy chain. It worked for a few days last week but didn’t refresh. Then it stopped working 1-2 days ago. I removed my plant and re-added it with no effect. I restarted the application with no effect. Any ideas?

Can you all send me a diag report please?

I have the exact same behaviour as ā€œMaxxā€, but I only have one inverter (+battery). Sometimes I can get everything to work by restarting the app, but that’s only temporary for a very short time, (less than a minute).

Two reports created.
Directly after app restart (data is shown)
Message: App working
31b9699b-1d76-44b9-a5eb-5e2897f28794

And after a short period of time when the app stopped working
Message: App not working

Hi Wouter!
I’m interested in buying the Homey PRO to create flows with my Inverters and Luna Battery via the Huawei Solar APP. I cannot find any info regarding if you can control the battery, or just read data from it.

As an example, I have Tibber App that reads electricity prices. So when electricity prices are at its lowest during the day, I want to start charging my batteries. Is this possible with this app?

Hi Philip

The app allows you to read the battery info, but does not yet allow you to start charging.
This is on the backlog, but I’m not there yet.

For people with new api credentials, I’ve created a second tile that can be used.
The app is available in test for now Huawei Solar | Homey

A new build will be released when some rework is done

Hi.
Does this app work also for Huawei converter from Zonneplan with its own software?

I’m not sure tbh, we connect to the Huawei servers.

After updating to 1.0.53 Has the app lost contact with the inverter?

Hi Hans, can you please install the test version?
The issue should be solved, the backend url changed
