[APP][Pro] HomeyLink - Link multiple Homey Pros for unified device control

WIFI? You certainly meant to disable your router’s internet connection to ensure the two Homeys can only communicate via LAN while using the mobile app, didn’t you?

Yes, sorry that s what I did🤗 but that makes app unavailable of course. just can Control devices with switches, and flows are still working.

Will this work with Homey Pro Mini?

My homey pro is in the loft over ethernet with the rest of my home network in a wall cabinet.
Having a Pro Mini downstairs for just my Zigbee devices would be amazing.

@Doekse

just for information.

Yes this will also work with the new mini

The bridge can also do that (connected by wifi)

Unfortunately not; the Bridge is only a router for Zigbee when linked/added to a Homey Pro and does not create a new, separate Zigbee network that is accessible through WiFi like Homey Link does with 2 Homey Pro’s or a Homey Pro and Homey Mini.

Or did you mean something else?

Me too. I have several Homey Pro 2023 and 1 Homey Pro 2019 in and outside IP segment(s). I( can’t get it to work on any Homey…

V1.1.0 New functionality

* Start remote flows

* Restart remote Homey

Marco, and @Wouter_Cassee:
Pls update to v1.0.8

The error I encountered was caused by devices of disabled apps. This is fixed now.

I have version 1.0.7 and in that version it is not solved, got the same error. But in test version 1.1.0 it works.

Homeylink app is not to be found using the search at homey app page. I needed to go the the bolg page to find the app and download the test version (know that in webapp homey is also a url, but that one was more click away that a tab in a browser and search).

The top most search is a global search across all homey.app sites with also blogs, not yet updated for the newest apps.

From that page go to the appstore ans searc there ypu can find it

Start remote flows do not work
Missing scope!

only standard (old) flows are remotly available in HomeyLink. No advanced flows (yet ?)

Since HomeyLink connects 2 Homeys, it would be great if you added the possibility to create a 2nd toplevel zone and/or add the possibility to import the remote zone structure as well

It was working great until the las update…:frowning:

I tried to repair ( had device not found message ) restart the app, restart both homey but devices are still unreachable from my ‘main’ homey.
Both are HP 2019.
Any idea to solve this?

Ah, as a positive ‘side effect’, I noted the linked devices appear in Google Home as well.

No issues with v1.1.0 test version :man_shrugging:
Did you install HL on both Homeys?
Does it work the other way round, from H2 to H1?

Same here. Maybe it was forgotten to add.

No I’ve just installed it on H1, shall I install it on both ?

I did, partly for playing around. But maybe it works
