Update: After several minor actions, it now seems to work:
- FritzBox user password updated on both sides
- Refresh interval set to 10 seconds
- Bridge app restarted (probably the crucial point)
Update: After several minor actions, it now seems to work:
I have seen an example of Rollotron DECT control via the FritzBox and wanted to use this possibility. Now i can see the blinds control added to the FritzBox Smart Home page and i am able to move up / down and to defined percentage levels. But i cannot add this device to Homey Pro using the FritzBox Bridge. The first dialogue window is telling me i have to wait for new devices, the next states there are no new devices. What is going wrong here?
Same action tested with the mobile app ends up with “error requesting information”.
Diagnosis report is available, see code no. 748c84b2-fd2b-4df9-b6cd-5cdade317be7.
I am currently testing the new operating system in the beta version. I have a mesh network with additional Fritzboxes. So far, I have been able to switch the data from the Dect devices connected not only to the central unit but also to the other Fritzboxes without any problems and view the data (e.g., temperature). With the beta version, this works with the Dect devices connected to the central unit, but not with the devices connected to the other boxes. These are visible in the AVM app. Even reconfiguring the devices does not change anything. I have already sent a message to AVM.
I noticed the same error, but doing what you described doesn’t help me.
After randomly switching from experimental to stable and vise versa it started working again. No clue what happened.
Hi, just released the new Test-Version 0.10.12 - this supports fritzbox os 8.1+
Please check if this solves the login / device list problems
I installed the currently available test version 0.11.0 and was facing the same issues that the Rollotron blinds control were not detected as new devices. I am using pre-defined FritzBox templates as a workaround, including specific closing levels. This is working fine.
With the new version (0.11.0), everything works again without any problems.
Since updating to the latest version, I’m being flooded with messages about devices leaving and rejoining the network. I consistently have around 100 active devices, but the ones reported as ‘joining’ or ‘leaving’ were never actually offline. These appear to be false positives.

Hey everyone,
I just installed a FRITZ!Smart Control 350 (door/window sensor).
In the FRITZ! Smart Home app I can see the status very clearly, e.g. “geschlossen seit gestern, 19:38”.
In Homey, however, I only see generic values like Allgemeiner Alarm = Nein and sometimes strange timestamps (e.g. 1970-01-21 for “Alarm Zustandsänderung”).
My question:
Is there a way to expose the actual open/closed state (with last-changed timestamp) in Homey, just like the FRITZ! app shows?
Does the integration already map this to a capability like alarm_contact or windowcoverings_state (and maybe I’m just not seeing it), or is support for this device type still missing in the FRITZ!Box bridge app?
Thanks a lot in advance!
