I have two C220 cameras. One works perfectly and live streaming functions as expected. The other one doesn’t stream live. The only difference I’ve noticed in the RTSP setup is the address: username:password@192.168.1.40:554/live0 — and this one includes port 554 in the setup name, while the other is missing it. I’ve tested both streams using VLC player, and they work there.

@b1ue3AGLE Already replied to your report and i saw the new one as well.
I see a lot of errors in the log espcially on your account, can you repair one of your devices to make sure the account info is correct again, now it gives a user/pass incorrect error.

when you repair 1 device the Homey will automatically update the account for all devices

unless those are old errors, the log always keeps some history..

i do see that Carport is not responding to RTSP. I think this is the device you expect?

I have question do I need to do something specific to enable RTSP stream from Eufy cameras?

I enabled RTSP stream on my two cable T8600 (E330) Professional Camera. restarted eufy app in Homey but in app there’s is RTSP stream is not supported - pleas check in the app…

Do I need to check something else to make it work?

I checked In VLC and stream is working ok

After a restart of the Eufy app the live feed work but after a wile i see a url error .

@Linden85 no i didn’t i get lots of reports per day, so if you didn’t post a message here i have not checked it. So please share the diagnostics code you received

@Lukasz_Kostek unfortunately i don’t see the startup sequence, can you try again. so restarting the app and immediately send the report.

also can you share the error you saw for RTSP?

I don’t have error. I can’t choose Live on my camera. In options there is an info that RTSP stream is not supported and to turn it on on EUFY app what I did

@Linden85 are you on your local network? or is this via 4g/5g?
