When Homey sends a change in status to Eufy, it doesnāt change. However when I change the status in Eufy, I do see the status changed in the Homey app. I also tested if it was just not visible in the Eufy app but the alarm went off so status indeed wasnāt changed.
@Marja I donāt see any issue
But most of the time this is a network issue
Homey and eufy should be in the same network
And eufy requires a dynamic ip
Thereās nothing I can do to fix this
Om December 31 you wrote this back to me:
"use a logic card from homey to check the tag and check if that tag contains a name
In January there will be a big update and Iāll add a known person detected cardā.
I was referring to that update.

can you add a when motion alarm turned off
@Erwin_Snijder that will be q1 along with the update for the missing devices. Also no guarantee that that flow card will be there
I also mentioned to use a logic card in that message

I noticed the e340 floodlight has a when motion detected but not motion turned off,
also cant find any cards for packages for the E340 doorbell
@Ronwell no the motion detection is always 15 seconds
Eufy doesnāt have a event when itās turned off so neither does the homey app
Correct package cards are not there

Can you elaborate on this a bit more?
As I asked before, I would like to have my door unlock when my e340 detects a known face/person. I dont understand the language that is on your flow

The person tag is part of the first card. (you can see the tag Icon).
So you could check the name there. The name is the same as you set-up in the Eufy app.
but as also said in my image, Eufy does have false positives. Unless I have 5 brothers in my town

Hi Martijn,
I have a Homebase 3 connected to Homey Pro (bolletje) and a EufyCam 3S Pro that works with the Homebase but not (yet) works with the Eufy Security app in Homey. You can use my camera to test the software you are developing.
