Thanks! Indeed when the motion happend, it got an image. But not with the snapshot function, correct? How do I use this, so I always have a recent update on my screen instead of an ‘old’ event?

I have looked in the app but don’t see any support listed for Eufy S330 Smart Lock. My plan to purchase the S330 wired door bell AND the S330 Smart Lock but I don’t see any support for the smart lock listed. Am I missing something or is there planned support in the future?

Darn! I’ve been trying to switch from HA to Homey Pro but it’d been an expensive endeavor as about 40% of my devices aren’t supported. I thought about getting a neWe door bell andlock. Every single lock I’ve looked at is either not supported, or if the lock is supported it looks absolutely hideous!
Really hoping homey Is able to get more products compatible. I see folks like yourself doing a lot of heavy lifting for them which is great.
I was hoping to move fully over to Homey but it looks like I’m going to have to have my HA bridged into homey for the forseable future
@Greg_Warren yep I agree and sometimes really hard to implement everything especially the locks from Eufy are hard to come by in the Netherlands

I’m a bit stuck! I tried and tested multiple flows, but I cannot get the following done, can someone help me out?
So if my baby is sleeping (I have an Aqara Presence Sensor - FP2 installed), I don’t want the bell to ring through the Chime and Homebase, but I want my Sonos speaker in the living room to sound a very low volume message.
Right now, I have set the mode to silent and I have set the alarm off, but when the doorbell gets pressed, I still hear the sound.

Hello, so far I have found all Eufy devices and was able to install them without any problems.
Only the C220 is causing problems.
Registration is always aborted with an error. There is no code or any kind of hint.
Everything works without problems in the eufy app and is connected to the Homebase 380.
What’s wrong?

After I tried to install the new cam, homey couldn’t find the old one either.
After the repair, the old one worked without any problems.

Right! I’ve tried this, but I still hear the doorbell when the “if” is triggered.
Will try it with the official app as well, but wanted to share this. Maybe you have some remarks? I prefer to keep as much as possible in the Homey app.

Hi @martijnpoppen, I have some issues with the person family recognition from my Dufy Doorbell S330 Dualcam. I have red a lot about this issue in this topic but the familymember who are recognized are not showing up in Homey. Other notifications like “Person detected”, “Motion Detected”, etc, are working fine.
I already have done the following actions:
- Reinstall Eufy app and activated with guest account
- Push notifications are enabled.
- Created and sent a diagnostic report (634e802e-a41f-4065-8fa9-17986ea235b5)
Could you please check the report?

The name “Robert Jan” is correct
but II do not see "Robert Jan in the logreport but always only “Person Detected”.
I have created a flow with a variable with the value “Robert Jan” but the flow is not getting the name of the person.
Here is my test flow (just for testing the recognition ![]()
The Led keeps giving a pulse in red.

Person Detected → Timeline notification with person tag.
Because now you’re checking a String value to a boolean value, that will always be false ![]()
