@Isselmuden removed again. It was wrong in the library, so made a fix there. :slight_smile:

Yes 2.23.2 removes temperature status indicator on E330.

Hi Martijn,

Thank you for the support for the Solocam C210.
Are there any plan for adding additional flows?
I would like to be able to change the arm mode and use Motion/Human detected to start a flow.

Good morning Martijn,

I make use of your Eufy security app for my Homey Pro, thank you for making this, It’s great to be able to integrate Eufy with other sensors and devices.

However, it finds all of my Eufy devices except for one.
it’s the E340 Floodlight camera with 2 lamps on it.

The camera is connected to the homebase 3, but when I search for it through “add devices” via the Eufy app and log in it tells me no devices have been found.

Is this a known thing, or am I just missing something.

Thanks for pointing it out. I see my app is still on version 3.22.0, but I have automatic updates enabled, so I’ll await the testing and hope it comes through soon :slight_smile:

I will say you can install the test version. Here it runs stable and perfect as always!

I was becoming really desperate, but finally got it to work again…

It’s working with the former Eufy account; so in the end a new account wasn’t necessary.

So what did the trick? I don’t know for sure, but the last things I tried/double checked with this account were as follows:

  1. shared the devices with the account, in stead of sharing the entire home
  2. enabled 2FA
  3. made sure notifications were set on simple (there are 3 options, chose no thumbnails etc.)
  4. logged out of the eufy app with the account
  5. re-installed the eufy app on Homey
  6. added devices to Homey
  7. restart homebase in eufy app
  8. after homebase was fully restarted, restart homey in homey app
  9. afters homey was fully restarted, restart homebase in eufy app again.
  10. made sure homebase in homey app was set on home (somehow “away” is the standard option)

Probably one or more steps did not make any difference, but I wanted to be as thorough as possible. Main thing is, it works again :slight_smile:

My guess is that the device sharing did the trick. But hard to say now

Last night I got notifications in Homey that captcha was required. And after repairing the app in Homey, I’m getting the same results as before. My flows won’t start on the triggers from the eufy doorbell.

After re-installing the eufy app in homey, there is another tile for movement of pets, which isn’t a feature as far as I know. Still all flows don’t work.

@ThoFlo do you get the ept detection on the Doorbell? Do you have a Homebase 3?

No, I have homebase 2.


Push notifications are enabled. When logged in with the account on a phone, I get the push notifications.

I remembered I had an Eufy cam2 as well. I installed the cam, and it gives the same problems. It’s showing up in Homey, but doesn’t register movement in Homey. First time it showed the option for pet movement. Second try out didn’t show that option anymore.

Doorbell didn’t show the option for pet movement as well in the latest trial…

Furthermore I noticed that when adding the homebase2 to Homey, the standard setting jumps automatically from “thuis” to “uitgeschakeld”.

does 3.23.3 now also the long awaited battery fix for the S340? Mine it still dead, I was wondering if I have to hard plug and charge first before getting it up and running again?

@naehle no idea. I have cant see if theres any sun in your country or how you mounted your camera. So not sure if i can answer that question. :wink:

I hope the fix fixes the battery for all cameras but no guarantees. im dependant on the external library, so i cant say for sure

I cannot login using my Eufy account which is not 2FA enabled because my region is Australia. The app only allows EU and US. If I log into another region it says that I will lose everything . It says to create a secondary account in the app. Where in the app eufy do I creat this secondary account? Can make so that I can use my own region?

Create a new Eufy account and share your devices with the new Eufy account:

Share Device: Side Menu> Share Management > Control Center>Share Device> Invite>Admin/Guest > Associated device > his/her Email address.
