I just tried adding a new homebase. For this purpose i created a new Eufy account and shared the homebase with that new account. This new account will only be used by the Homey app. I verified that the new account has access to the homebase and doorbell on the ios app.
When trying to add the new homebase on the Homey, the following error message appears. Now i retried adding it with the original username (which previously worked) and this one results in the same error. I expect there to be an issue with the regions. Both accounts are set to region ‘Netherlands’.
