Athom does not do anything. They just say there is an issue and i have to figure it out here… but saidly, without success so far (not only ur app). So… i will wait until the new homey and start over in that one…

Hey @Dyan_dh Yes that’s part of the Homebase settings. Homey does force those notifications, because Eufy disables them everytime. When you go into the Homebase settings (in the official Eufy app) go to notifications. Make sure Notfiications from APP and Keypad are enabled
