Unfortunately there’s a Robovac which is not working with this app:

Eufy Robovac R550c

I changed the FAQ and added a ‘not working device’ section to this forum thread.

As Everyone here I have problems finding the DeviceID and LocalKey

I Bought an L70Hybrid, Installed the Eufy home App on my Iphone12-mini and got the device working.
Called it “Eddy” and Eddy is sucking Dust lik a Pro :slight_smile:

Then I went on to add Eddy to Homey

  • Installed the Eufy home app on my Homey Pro

  • I gave the robovac an fixed IP

  • Installed the NOX player, you suggested

But then what?

A2: Or follow these steps:

  1. Close the app on your mobile device
    OK check
  2. Connect the device to your laptop and enable USB debugging
    USB Debugging?!?! ehrrr. say what?
  3. Run adb logcat -e ‘tuya.m.my.group.device.list’ (assumes you have already installed the Android debug tools)
    Ehrrrr. how and where do I “Run” that?

This app was great but I’m having issues now. At some point it’s stopped working. The device is there (removed and readded) but when I try and trigger any action it must times out. Device is a G series. Any advice?

Is the IP still correct?

Are the device settings still correct?
Sometimes the localkey magically changes.

Yeah, been through and copied them all across again (they are unchanged). IP is static.

Can you share a diagnostic report?

After the update of the app in Homey, my Robovac 15c Max has stopped to work in Homey.
Checked both device id and local key, and they have not changed.
Rebooted both app and Homey without any luck getting it working.
Any tips to get it running from Homey again ?
Works with Eufy mobile app and with NoxPlayer on pc.

Shouldn’t be update related as it didn’t touch any logic in the app.

Can you share a diagnostic report?

Deleted the app, and tried to reinstall, but getting timeout when trying to log in, and “Could not find that PairSession”
So there’s no report to share.
Might be Homey is struggling

Checked log in with HomeAssistant, and it works fine there.
