@Xander_Vantomme it’s not really like that the homey app is reverse engineered so it’s not the same
However the report still says your password is incorrect
Most of the time it helps to the share the rovovac to a different email address and use that in Homey
Edit: it think there’s a small bug during pairing but not sure. Can you try to remove and re-install the app and see of you can login?
I had the same problem 2 week ago, now my Robovacs can be found.

It took me a couple of tries with installing and uninstalling the app, but finally I could hook our brand new E28 up.
But - it’s not working, I can’t get it to vacuum for example.
Matter works fine.
Any chance that the E28 will be supported soon?

Hi there. Thanks for the app, been using fit for a few months, just have a minor bug to report. After using it iOS notifications show up in Dutch even though I have English set everywhere and not in any nearby region. I verified it is the app login. After some time I reinstalled eufy iOS app and notifications were coming in English but today after repairing connection and login, it switched to Dutch again.
