Yes accepted the invite, checked if they where in the shared account too

I am facing the same issue where my eufy robovac could not connect and after removal it says no units are available :confused:

Have you found anything there could cause this issue?

It can be anything so hard to draw conclusions here

Is the Omni C20 supported at the moment?

Hi Martijn,
I see the S1 listed among the supported vacuum cleaners.
Could you confirm whether the S1 Pro is also supported, or does it use a different protocol?

Hello. I also had the problem of not being able to connect my L60. I have Eufy Clean and Security devices. Perhaps there are also problems because Eufy now combines all devices into one app. My solution was a separate account for just the robot. Now it works.

@Mr-Tom yes that’s one of the workarounds I most of the time advice

For quite a while I try to re-add my Robovac G30 to the Homey app but keep ketting the no devices error.
I removed and re-installed the homey app, tried to four different accounts to log in and changed the special characters in my pw to a ‘@’.

PS: I recently merged the clean and security app, wanted to unmerge to see if this helps, but did nog figure out how to do this.

I’m pretty sure I’ve got it right in my last three tries.

My robovac was installed thought the overlapping security app on my phone.

I’ve now installed the clean app and tried logging in there and that worked.

So I would suppose if the clean app works then the homey app would work as well.
