The eufy Mega app is just a UI which combines 4 different apps.
But when it gets combined it will be a merge of Eufy clean into Eufy security. That makes the most sense as security has way more users than clean
Ah, okay, I understand. However, Eufy also has nice garden lights. I was thinking that with this merge, you could also purchase those products
@Linden85 I do have the Eufy lights. Eufy provided them to me, unfortunately I can’t decrypt them. So I’m stuck

Was this ever fixed? I keep getting notifications in dutch, and haven’t been able to find any settings for it in-app.
Homey language is English, but i am based in Sweden.
@SimonOsterberg no it’s not. But it should take it based on region, but that probably is not the case. The app needs a region selector for this to work
hi, I’m trying to add my L70 vacuum and it gets stuck in this part of the setup, any ideas why?

If I change my password it requires me to have at least one special character 
Apologies didnt read your reply correctly the first time, I changed my password to only include @ at the end. Still no luck unfortunately it’s still stuck on that searching for devices screen.

No reason only that it’s not matching
Strange as I am able to login to the eufy clean app using that exact email address and password
I managed to get a bit further but now it’s saying no devices found
@shaunnicholson please send a new report. Without that I can’t see what’s wrong. No need to send a screenshot;)

@shaunnicholson try to share your robovac with a different eufy account and login with that account in homey. Sometimes it doesn’t work with your own account. This is just the Tuya integration which prevents this

I Created a new account and shared the two vacuums with it but unfortunately still no devices found.

@shaunnicholson strange, i don’t see any specific issues. can you try to restart the app and see if that helps?
can you see the robovac in the extra account in the eufy app? You have to approve share first there
unfortunately not working for me, tried everything. I did notice that Eufy is slowly merging the apps like security and clean into the main Eufy app, maybe has something to do with this migration process?
