Hi, even that doesnât workđ the vacuums work great with the eufy app but i just canât add them. They both have a fixed ip.
@Patrick_Neeleman I understand that it doesnât work but for me to see the issue you have to try to add them and then send the report
So the error of adding them is logged.
Sending a report now would probably contain the info

This sometimes happens
What you can do is create a extra eufy account and share your vacuums with that account
Most of the time that works
Set up a new account (deleted the old one) with the same mail adres. Deleted your app, restart the homey but no changeđ
