Hi @Fac3,

I’ve looked into the SR-ZG2833PAC and unfortunately it’s a Zigbee Green Power (ZGP) device. Green Power is a special subset of the Zigbee protocol
designed for ultra-low-power and energy-harvesting devices (like batteryless switches).

The issue is that Homey does not support the Green Power protocol at the platform level. I contacted Homey official support about this previously, and
they confirmed:

  1. Green Power is not currently supported
  2. There are no plans to add support in the future
