Seems like they got some decent APIs
Big news, everyone! We’ve officially teamed up with Tronity! 
All Škoda electric car owners who want to use the Tronity app now have the opportunity to explore all of the app’s features. Together with Tronity, we have launched an official collaboration, and your car data can now be found on your phone thanks to the API, giving customers advanced features and insights to make the most of your electric car experience. 
We’ll keep you posted on more partnerships that might be coming in the future!

For those who are interested, I’ve found the myskoda CLI tool to be a reasonably stable alternative which is able to interface with the VWgroup API.
In fact, I found it a bit more stable than the MyŠkoda / ŠkodaConnect app on my iPhone. While that gave a few errors “this functionality is currently not available. Try again later” in the app, the myskoda CLI tool did keep a stable connection over a day, and I did receive event notifications when the charging percentage changed or charging was finished.
That said, since myskoda is a Python application, I don’t see a way to run it on a Homey.
Also, overall I’m not very impressed with the VWgroup platform in general. For one thing, the platform does not report the location of a vehicle while it is moving. So for example, I can’t use this platform to detect when it was close to home, and add some logic to it. With that, I will not spend much time on this myself.

I just tried the real basics using Python and it worked almost instantly with a test to start/stop charging.

Is it possible to get the latest app back? My Homey was acting problematic for some time, and I finally had to restore it from backup (multiple times). However, I’m not getting ANY app back after the update, so I’m trying to restore the apps manually.
Would like to get the myAudi app back if there is some way since I use it to charge my car based on solarpanels.

So you would be looking towards a HA integration

I have an subscription on the mobile app A Better Route Planner with Enode OTA live data for actual battery SoC and kWh/km. Could Enode be workaround for integration with Homey?
- No news but better to ask Athom
- Might be possible, but not that I’m aware of. But you can always request a app in the request a community app section of the forum

Currently not. There’s no official plugin available and all community drive solutions break every other week it seems. So I’m not planning a app anymore, unless there might be a official API.
ps: Athom is still checking for a restart of this app.
I got a new Skoda Kodiaq IV Phev a couple of days ago, i was so happy to find the app. To bad i was to late since the API broke down =(

Hello Martijn, do you know or anything has changed already. is a new API released yet? any idea or and when it should be possible to connect a new VW to homey again?
