No need to use a specific URL. To be clear for other people with the same connection issue starting about 24 days ago (does not matter if this is the Homey plugin or Home Assistant/Other - same issue).
Steps to fix:
This is a one time action. Only needs to be done once using the same account used by Homey. No need to do this on multiple phones for example.

Just ran across your myAudi app on my Homey Pro. Recently purchased a 2022 eTron in the USA, but trying to connect using your app is failing to log in to the myAudi site. Should this be working, or am I missing something?

There are API issues so not everything is working porperly
Well, I can’t seem to get it past logging in. It tries, and gives this after 10-20 seconds:
I’ve checked the credentials, and used them to re-log in on the app and web portal

I did, although it didn’t ask for accepting new terms as you mentioned.

There might be a API issue. currently there are multiple issues with the API accross the 5 vag apps.
Any idea which car type a 2022 eTron would be (“new generation” or not)? I tried both with the same result, but the fact that the selection is there makes me think it matters.

hi, i read that there is some issues with vw api over the last weeks. i have a E golf 2016 model that has been working fine in the homey we connect app, but 11 days ago there has been no comunication between the car and homey. bought a new vw id7 3 days ago that i have been trying to add in the vw app in homey but its just coming up this error msg:
i have tried to loged out from the vw app on the phone and loged in again agreeing on the new terms etc from vw. have restarted the vw connec app in homey but cant get the new car inn or the old car comunicating again. i even uninstalled the vw connect app in homey and added it again but now none of the cars can be added
just took a diagnistic report but this was taken after the new instalation so i have just tried to add the cars again once now:

if i log onto vw web pages this one comes up and i have to press accept. this is not a problem. the login on vw pages and apps are no issues. its only the homey app that im struggeling with
