[APP][Pro&Cloud] Shelly

I have flows for opening and closing doors and have used the Switch State Temporarily “Then Card” to get around this. It was suggested to me in the Shelly Forum that the AutoOff be set to 1 second to reduce stress on Shelly, didn’t understand that but assumed they knew better.

I have my 3 Shelly 1 updated to Beta version, not seeing any differences yet but wasn’t really expecting to with those. My Door/Window Sensor 2’s are refusing to allow sign in via webUI, blighters keep going to sleep and of course the app doesn’t let you update to beta versions. Going to have to be patient

  • Switch to unicast for Shelly devices with firmware 1.10.0 or higher for better network compatibility (please upgrade the firmware of your Shelly device and enable CoAP again in the app settings if you have previously disabled it)
  • Added HTTP polling every minute as backup for CoAP
  • Fixed an issue with pairing of the Shelly Vintage

i just updated to the final 1.10 firmware.

what is the optimal setting under ColoT peer?

mcast or a ip adress? which ip adress do i have to set?

Don’t touch it. My app updates it automatically to the ip address of Homey.

Why would you set the auto timer for the shelly 1 garage opener to 5 seconds?
If you push the button to open the garage door, do you press it for 5 seconds too?
I use the same system and auto off timer is set to 0,75 seconds. (0,5 is too low, more then 1 sec is too long)

Strange before shelly 1pm working without problem and since yesterday it doesnt work and give all the time “onbereikbaar” i deleted the app and again i add and then in 2 seconds it happend again. What can i can i do to fix this ?

If you have the latest firmware update on your Shelly 1PM then you can restart the app and send me a crash report after a minute.

As mentioned you should update the firmware of your Shelly. Make sure you are using firmware version 1.10.x.

I could change the auto close to 0,75 seconds (never had any problems with that) but that does not solve my problem. The problem was that the button stays on, and i don’t use flows to use the button.
Anybody??

Solved!
After update Shelly to V1.10.0 and Shelly App to V3.0.27 it seems to be working again…

Regarding the what’s plugged in section of your app, does changing this change any functionality? I have Shelly 1 wired in as relay for shed door motors, detached switch

No, that’s Homey core functionality. As far as I know it only affects stuff as integration with voice assistants.

I have this problem since the update to v1.10 on Dimmer 1 modules. When they released the update last week my D1s stopper working (would not switch on) even from the Shelly app. They released a “v1.10-dimmer1” soon after that and that made them work last night, but now they report unreachable with a message “invalid version 1.10-”


I have three D1s, all with the same problem. From the Shelly webui/app they work fine

I need to update my app. Allterco Robotics is using a version numbering which is not default and which they actually agreed to make more standard … :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
