Can you restart the app, wait until your Shelly roller shutter becomes unreachable and send me a crash log afterwards from the app settings.

Done, it seems to be almost instant after a restart. i can see it up for less than a second.

Are you sure you have configured your Shelly as rollershutter in the official Shelly app? Looks like you are trying to add a Shelly 2.5 which is configured as relay.

Jeez, no i wasn’t aware it had to be configured there as well, my first shelly device…

I’ve configure the Shelly trough the shelly mobile app, everything it’s running on the app.
Now where can i find the polling frequency?
It indicates on the instructions that i will need it for adding it to homey.
I still haven’t my homey with me, most arrive next week, but i would like to be ready to add all my Shelly devices when it arrives.

It’s part of the device settings in Homey, not in the native Shelly app.

Yes I have a separate 2G network for all my devices and Homey. I might be able to force them to access a specific access point somewhere in the settings. But I don’t see the need at the moment. All shelly devices works fine now after I removed and added them again. So I’m happy to accept that it was time for a fresh installation, sometimes that is the easiest solution. Everything works and I’m happy again :slight_smile:

I’m trying to add a shelly 1pm for over an hour now. I can see the device, it says it included it but it doesn’t show. If I connect directly to it I can controll it. But it still doesn’t show.

I connected it, reset it and opened the app. It searches and finds it.
I press include and it connects back to my ssid and I get the message 1 device included.

But it is nowhere to be found. This is really frustrating.

This is before adding it to Homey. Just in the shelly app

Try and detach power from it and attach again. Wait a few moments and it’s added. I never had this up until a few FW’s ago. They changed the way the app works, and now I have this experience too. Not always though.

I noticed this issue as well, my solutions was to use a older phone with an older Android version.

Hmm I don’t have an old android phone. Maybe a samsung s8.

Just keep trying. I was able to connect after 5 attempts. Reset switch and start again and wait a while after you complete adding in shelly app. I was able to add it on new android phones.

I use my windows10 laptop for this, then you can use the webinterface from shelly device itself and use no app at all. (possible on a tablet as well).

I think I’ve been at it for 20 attempts. I lost track. Its been hours

tried this as wel. Connected to the AP and got to the interface. It was operational, the switch worked but when I tried to manually add it to my ssid it was nowhere to be found.

I’ve just connected it to the L and N to set it up. Am I missing something?
