Hi. I have installed two devices using the same API key. The output device and the upload device.
For the upload device I created this flow:
Is the ‘new upload interval begins’ running every 2 minutes.
Or do I misunderstand the previous posts?

It is triggered every 5 minutes now, since PVOutput doesnt handle anything faster than that.

When looking at the manual ‘add output’;
It has the ability to add the Energy Exported, Temperature, Energy Used values.
Is the a way to also upload these values?
I know I can pick up the Temperature from one of the outdoor temp sensors.
And the Energy Exported and Energy Used should be able to be picked up from the P1 Sensor.
I decided not to include those values in the flow card, since it would make the card too complex for a lot of users. I will think about it some more.
Uploading temperature would be nice too!
I find this reasoning an underestimation of the user.
Of course you can make multiple buttons for the upload parameters. So one as it is now, one with an extension of e.g. the temperature etc etc.

From the available API this would lead to mixing P1 export with Solar export data, thus leading to errors in the calculated logs. I can however add uploading P1 Power import/export (watts) to a separate flow card.

It was more mend that I can use these values from my P1 sensor to be added as a value in the upload flow card. (probably using Better Logic to calculate the exact values)
The Add Output tab where you see the Energy Exported is intended for end-of-day numbers only. So I cannot upload it with the ‘live’ (5 minute interval) data.
so it would need a separate upload card that can only be used once per day, probably at 23:55 local time?!
looking a bit further into it, I assume that for every upload (ie every 5 minutes) you can add the energy used. And at the end of the day, PVoutput calculates the Power Exported.

Im not sure. On every status update you can add a ‘Energy Consumed’. But the definition of that value is unclear to me. But you can test yourself with the upcoming test release of the app

The app doesn’t seem to update the “solar energy today” value anylonger.
As a test I added voltage to see if that works and it does

I think it takes a while for the kWh to update again. Give it another day. Did you only add voltage and not change anything else?
