[APP][Pro][Cloud] KNMI

This morning I have missed this warning:
" Code geel

[Vanaf halverwege de middag kans op gladheid door sneeuw, in de nacht ook door bevriezing ]
Uitgifte: 27/11/2023 11:11 uur LT."

"Code yellow

[From mid-afternoon there is a chance of slippery conditions due to snow, and also due to freezing during the night]
Issue: 11/27/2023 11:11 am LT."

(Google translate)

Are there others that have misted this one?

Edit 1

Also not:

Code geel
[Kans op gladheid door bevriezing]
Uitgifte: 28/11/2023 06:19 uur LT

2

Gode groen
[Er zijn geen waarschuwingen ]
Uitgifte: 28/11/2023 09:09 uur LT

Maybe @LRvdLinden an idea.
App restarted.
An test flow with a new If cart and a lamp to switch on by a new code message.

3 on 30 November

It seems to me that this app is not working any more.
To overcome problems in the locations where messages are sent to, I switching off my flow.

It’s a little confusing now.

When I make a new virtual device under the KNMI 2.0 it became KNMI weather.
The api I had one under the KNMI (Nederland) app. I used now also for KNMI 2.0.
My local values came direct true in the virtual device. Including my residence by name.

Making flows give the confusion between KNMI 2.0 and KNMI weather.

KNMI weather gives a lot of If cards.

KNMI 2.0 gives the KNMI weather dives and 1 If cart “Nieuwe gegevens van het KNMI” (New data from the KNMI)
But without my residence by name.

Small test are running now and I will see in the morning in my timeline I hope.

Hi Theo,

Push the device card on top of this screenshot.
Knmi 2.0 is same app as knmi but with more functions! See alarm code is now code yellow instead of “1” and more.

KNMI 2.0 haven only 1 card with a lot of tags.
But with the wrong value because it’s not the right city. Code is there orange by 32,1°C

On the KNMI weather device ‘tile’ the values are correct.
The code is yellow because somewhere in the country there is yellow.

For me it’s not useful to go further with the KNMI app’s.

That’s strange. Both apps work the same. You have to look carefully whether you are looking at a Global token or a device token. I don’t see any differences in data between the two apps. Better turn off the other knmi app when you start working with this one. There is also a script for converting all your flows from an old device to a new device at the push of a button.

Besides, the data you pass on are sample tokens

Ik zit maar te zoeken maar kan het niet vinden.

Waar kan ik de provincie instellen in de 2.0 app?

Ik ben benieuwd

My flows didn’t work.

So I starting to look deeper in to the differences

KNMI weather can give you all the tags values by flows testing.
My city, the real code = yellow.
Also trigger in changes in parts of the weather like temperature, wind direction, humidity changing.

KNMI 2.0 a lot of, different, tags but not active.
That KNMI weather device have I get from the KNMI 2.0 after the api code.

Because the weather code was my main goal I don’t think I shall use this app.

Hi Theo,

Your analysis is not really correct. KNMI (Netherlands) does not give code yellow as data but a number 1.

Knmi 2.0 does give Code Yellow.

This makes your analysis unreliable for me, while it does it nicely here.

The trigger card tests you will always have to enter data, because it never retrieves data with a test.

It’s not KNMI (Netherlands). You ask me to remove that app.

“Knmi 2.0 does give Code Yellow.” Therefore I have to wait when the code is changing.
By KNMI weather I can also see it by testing the flow

What do i wrong.

It looks like in my case it doesn’t update. It still says:”Code yellow”, “one day ago”. Or do I make a mistake?

This is the last part of my

@Rassel as you can see it is still on code yellow (number 1) in sint-oedenrode in the api. Is not due to the app. KNMI (Netherlands) will indicate the same here since it uses the same api.

Strange that for the region “Noord-Brabant” on the website is states code green….

I think they issue the alarm code in the api to all of The Netherlands.

Scroll up and you see your city

Look to post 50.

This is still simmering.
In the morning I will see it or not in my timeline

Again, I can’t do much with this. Delete the app and device, install version 2.0.2 and create the device again.
