Will have to look into that, probably is possible but as an additional tag in the current trigger cards. Same for if the device was connected to 2.4, 5 or 6ghz
Thanks in advance!
Sadly i just cant login. I filled up everything with the right informations and i get error messages all the time.
I get this error too
In the app’s settings, did you:
- Tick the ‘Allow self-signed certificate’ option?
- Add the port number to your IP-address (8443)?
Yes
Got it working by disabling my firewall. Was able to add the routers and then turn firewall back on. Sorted it
Worked for me, thank you!
Hi,
I want to report a bug with the ASUSWRT app that makes it permanently unavailable after a restart.
Steps to reproduce:
- Uninstall and reinstall the ASUSWRT app
- Add the router and configure everything (works fine)
- Restart the ASUSWRT app via Homey
- App shows “unavailable” and never recovers
Expected behavior:
App reconnects to the router after restart.
Actual behavior:
App stays permanently unavailable. Removing and re-adding the router does not help. The only fix is a full uninstall and reinstall of the app.
Environment:
Router: ASUS RT-AX58U V2
Homey: Homey Pro (2026) — 13.3.0
ASUWRT App version:v3.2.3
This is fully reproducible. Happy to test any fix.
You would best report your observations in the app’s dedicated topic on this forum: [APP][Pro] Asus WRT - View your AsusWRT network status and connected devices.
Or report issues via the indicated link on the app’s app store page (Issues · StefanIndustries/HomeyAsusWRT · GitHub). → Which you have done already, if I am correct
.
Yes I did but I was not sure if it worked
Im not a GIT user

Hello,
I’m trying to connect my ASUS RT-BE92U router to the Asus WRT app on Homey Pro, but I always receive the following error:
“Could not connect to the login endpoint.”
Environment
Homey Pro (Early 2026 firmware)
Asus WRT app version: 3.2.3
Router: ASUS RT-BE92U
Latest official ASUS firmware
Router IP: 192.168.50.1
What I have already tried
Disabled login CAPTCHA.
Confirmed that Homey and the router are on the same local network.
Verified that the username and password are correct.
Confirmed that the router’s web interface is accessible via HTTP.
Tested http://192.168.50.1/login.cgi, which redirects to the new web interface instead of exposing the classic login endpoint.
It appears that the RT-BE92U (AsusWRT 5.x / WiFi 7 firmware) uses a different authentication flow than previous ASUS routers, and the current Homey app cannot detect or use the new login endpoint.
Could you please confirm whether RT-BE92U is currently supported, or if there is a beta version that includes support for the new AsusWRT login method?
If needed, I can provide debug logs or perform additional tests.
Thank you for your work on this app.
Best regards,
Try using https://ROUTER_IP:8443/ as the router’s address and tick the ‘Allow self-signed certificate’ box.
The newer ASUS firmwares requires logging in via https and via port 8443.
it worked, thanks for the help
