They have already fixed that for you:
I hit everyday the limit for both of my units. Repair doesnāt work only adds more minutes to it before i could repair it again.
It is completely useless for me right now. Had never issues with it in the last 2 years but since a couple weeks issue after issue.
Everyday a restart of homey is necessary.
Something (flows) in your setups has hits the ratelimit from Daikinā¦
So check that out.
There is a reason (in your case ratelimit) the app stops working!
To fix it. Turn the Daikin ONECTA app in homey off from 24hours and after that do a repair on the units.
Hello,
I have noticed that I canāt change the āfan modeā between āquietā āautoā or āfixedā both in the device tile and using a flow card (stylish indoor)
Only Onecta app or the remote work
Is this a known bug ?
Restart the Daikin ONECTA app in homey,
Switch the fan mode in homey.
Wait 1 minute.
Switch the fanmode on Daikin ONECTA app(not homey)
Wait 5 min and send a diagnostic report and report the ID here
I will take a look at it.

Sorry there is nothing wrong with the app or API.
Just receiving the 204(ok,) from daikin also the switch to auto.
Be aware that the operation mode is auto you sending.
If your current operation mode is not auto nothing will happen
I donāt understand.
The operation mode is ācooling ā and the āfan modeā doesnāt work from within homey.
I tried āautoā too to no avail
The flow for fanspeed has 2 items.
- Operation mode
- Mode
The flow works independently from where your unit is currently is set.
E.g. your current operation mode Is cooling
But when you fire a flow with operation mode auto and fanspeed quit the API will accept that ,but because your current operation mode is cooling nothing will change till you set the operation mode in auto then the fanspeed will be quit.
Hello, after many tries, I came here to see if someone can help with the issue Iām having.
Iām using the latest version of the app (7.5.0) and I can see all of my AC units on homey and they are working fine.
But I canāt see them exposed in homekit, I see other devices that I have with homey acting as a bridge but not a single unit of my Dakin stylish are showing.
Does anyone have any advice ?
Hi everyone
I have made a Daikin apparaat in my Homey and that works fine. I can control the airco unit. But when i control the airco with the Daikin app, the status is not sync with Homey. So when i turn the airco on with Homey, the Daikin also Goes on, but when i turned It off with the Daikin app, Homey thinks it is still on.
Does anyone what might goes wrong?
Hello⦠Quick question⦠Iāve created a few preset flows that send different settings to my Daikin airco per preset
For example: a night mode preset with everything on quiet and horizontal/vertical fan on stopā¦.. I also made a full ventilation preset.with fanspeed on 5ā¦..fan onlyā¦
The problem is that randomly the Daikin app stops working when I start one of the presets⦠then I get a 400 Bad Request in the app. If I repair it, everything works again.
What am I doing wrong?
Maybe you send the request to fast ? Or in de wrong order.
If possible send a diagnosticreport and report the ID back to me directly after the fault happens.
i hope i can see the possible fault.

Hopefully youāll find something
You are set the opertionmode to fanonly and the you try to set the roomtemparture.
That is not allowed, there is no roomtemperature in operationmode FanOnly (or dry)
Adjust your flow to not send roomtemperature if operationmode is Fanonly or Dry.
Ah, I see. Thanks Mickel. I had copied these flow cards from another preset flow and didnāt realize this could cause conflicts⦠Are there any other combinations that could cause problems?
Your welcome, can not think of any other combination at the moment that can cause conflict.

Hi, Iām not responsible for the Hdashboard implementation.
If in the Daikin app everything works as aspected there nothing I can do
I thought so⦠but thanks anyway Mickel
