Yeah, but I already refreshed the login. Even after loggin in again, it fails. Can it somehow be something that my organisation has not given the correct rights?
Ask you organisation or brandweerrooster.nl
hi, i just installed the app. But when i do want to make a new flow there is no āifā from brandweerrooster. What im doing wrong? i deleted the app and resinstalled it, its stil not there..
im using a homey pro 2019 with the latest software.
Hi! First create a new device. Than u can use all the flow cards.
Goedemiddag allen,
Hi Marco,
are you allready had a real live incident? Trigger only works with real incidents and not with test incidents.
Yes, even multiple incidents. Small note: we are not yet officially working with Brandweerrooster, but the notifications do come in via the Android app and also to colleagues via other home automation (HA).
Another colleague with Homey does receive notifications (sporadically), but I donāt. What else can I try?
That is strange. Maybe something is wrong with your flows? Just add a when āincident ontvangenā then āsend notificationā to check if al the messages are received
I did this. But no result.
The device does not display any notification either, see previous screenshot.
Goedemiddag,
Send you a PM, just like the other users with supposse to have the same issue.
To all users who have current issueās with the realtime incidents.
Iāam in contact with Brandweerrooster suppport/development to see if there is a way to simulate a real incident in brandweerrooster/homey without notify to complete group.
i just relases version 2.12.0 with some extra (debug)logging, please install this version.
If still no incident is received in homey please PM me with details of the incident and a diagnosticreport.
I also have the Brandweerrooster integration running in Home Assistant. It triggers about 5 to 8 seconds faster then Homey. I assume the Homey integration is also connected directly to the websocket. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hi Mickel,
First of all, thank you for this integration. It helps a lot being able to automate some things when a new incident happens. However, I seem to be running into a āissueā. I start my flows using the following two cards:
But the second one doesnāt always seem to be up-to-date. For example:
I come home from work early (say 16:00) and use the app to say Iām available earlier (my default availability starts at say 18:00). When an incident happens during this time (16:00-18:00) my automation wonāt go off and this card will say Iām off-duty.
This also happens the other way around: I update my availability to be unavailable for a period of time, but the automation still runs.
Maybe itās not entirely clear for me what this card does, but is it possible to accommodate this above scenario? Right now I have to disable this automation flow whenever Iām unavailable (and it just doesnāt work when Iām available beyond standard hours).
Thanks
