Homey, sorry didnāt realize I needed to look in the Alfen eve app. Looked, but nowhere can I see this specific setting

I just looked in the MyEve app on the iPad.
This setting can be reached by:
Advanced (top middle tab)
Autorisatie (authorisation) menu
Autorisatie option
There are serveral things which can be changed, one of them being Autorisatiemodus (authorisation mode).
I see 2 options:
- Plug-and-charger
- RFID
I donāt see a third option.
Found it. Had the eve connect app iso the my eve. Thanks for the pointer.

Thanks! Those are the two options supported by the Homey app as well. So donāt know what went wrong in your case. Tested it with my charger and seems to work fine (if you donāt fire to much commands and donāt have any other Alfen app open on another device).

Patrick, did you actually tried to charge when the system was changed by Homey, or did you only test if your card still worked? Perhaps the whole RFID was disabled, and you could charge without any card (plug and charge)?
I seems the system came in a locked state. for now I just see it as a āyou tried too much and failedā scenario ;-).
The coming days will keep an eye open and see if it continues to function with the green/default switching.
I am assuming though, that if I turn off the RFID setting, that my provider will no longer see that I used my lease car, and will not reimburse me, correct. so that is only a setting for when you want to charge your not lease car?
Yes, or if you want friends or family to charge at your home without the added costs
Because most of these providers calculate your cost and add 21% VAT on top. So if you switch to plug & charge you can let others charge and send them a Tikkie afterwards based on the consumption you see in Homey

I use plug & charge. My card is continuously registered in the charger. So all costs are neatly reimbursed by the provider. This can be set in the eve app.
Yesterday and today, the information in the app is not refreshing. Need to reset the app, after that it works fine again.
App seems to work fully, but canāt check as I am not home at the moment for the coming daysā¦
The app needs to be restart in order to keep working.

Ik heb geen zonnepanelen maar zou graag de auto willen laden op basis van dynamische tarieven. Op deze manier schakel ik al andere apparaten in huis en dat werkt heel goed. Daarvoor is het nodig dat er in de app bij ādanā wordt toegevoegd āstart of stop ladenā. Zit dit in de planning om te maken?
Hi Jeroen, from my understanding there is no possibility to stop and start, but the workaround is to limit the charging to 1A (not enough to charge) and increase it to high when you want to start again.

Is this still an issue? I saw in your diagn report that the login/logout counter was only counting up (so it never logs out). After a restart this counter will be reset. But shouldnāt be needed (running here on my HP23 for days without needing to restart).
Do you have flows that set values dynamically to the charge station? And how often are they executed?
After a certain time nothing is updated and adjusting the charging mode is also not possible. sometimes after an hour and sometimes after a few hours. a red popup will then appear very briefly. itās gone too quickly to read. I now restart the app every half hour. and then it works fine.

Can you send a diagnostics report directly after restart of the app? And then another after a minute and then another after around 28 minutes?
Athom truncates the diagnostics reports, so if I have a couple I hope to find something in there that can indicate why it is not working properly on your homey.
I have now removed and added the device again and reinstalled the app. Wait and see if this solves it.

Iāve had no time for this today. Now out for vacation. Iāll try again in one or two weeks.
Problem still there. Iāll try to make reports tomorrow. In this picture you can see that the app stops reporting
