I think 1-2-3 equals the yellow diode on the button. Then rotate left/right/press for each and every 1-2-3. Total 9 functions.

I was having issues connecting the GRILLPLATS and MYGGSPRAY to homey, it would add the device but fail connecting via matter after. I am using an Eero network and once I disabled the thread network in the Eero app, I had no issues connecting these devices to Homey. Hope this helps someone.
