If they’re battery powered devices: when the device has entered the pair mode, you’ll need to push the pair button every other second until the pairing process succeeded.
This is needed to prevent the device entering “sleep mode” (invented to extend battery life).
Pls keep in mind 2.4GHz wifi signals can disrupt zigbee signals when you didn’t selected the best possible channels.
