I have got your log. It shows the app is polling OK but not finding anything. I can also see when you tried to control it but, again, there was no response.
Is it possible to move either the bot or Homey so they are closer together to test it?

Also, could you clear the log and then set the log option to Full Information. Then try to operate the Bot again and then send the log.
Thank you! I try to find another position for the homey tomorrow and will send you a new log. Thank you for your help! Highly appreciated!
I tried to place Homey closer to the Switchbot. It did work again. So I guess it suddenly became a range issue somehow alhough both components havent been moved. I ll try to rotate it or place it somehow so it ll work again. Thanks again for the help!
I am unable to controll my switchbot bot button device. Adding works fine, i just cant controll itā¦
I believe I have received a log from you but I canāt see any commands being sent.
Could you try to operate the bot and then send the log again?
Im getting «still trying to send previous command»
Sending log now

Hmm, according to the Homey change log, the BLE notifications should have been added to version 6.0.0, but the error suggests the feature is not supported.
Would you be willing to update to Homey version 7?
No updates avaliable. How do i do that?
Are there any downsides? Beta version i assume?

Iām talking about updating your Homey firmware.
E.g. go to More > Settings > Updates
That doesnāt look good. Have you tried pulling the plug out for a while and then plugging it back in?
If it is still like that after power cycle then contact Athom support.
I tried unplugging. I contacted support, will let you know what they find out. Thanks again!
1.0.5 I have just noticed that all Switchbot devices that are logged into Homey via the hub are no longer available⦠The attempt to delete a bot and include it again is aborted with an error message.
The error has been occurring since the update to the new version 1.0.5.
The same device logged in via Bluetooth works.
Edit:
I found the error myself. For whatever reason, Homey had logged out of the API.
Good that you found the fix.
What version were you using before the update?
Had the devices been added using the old API key method or the new OAuth2 method?
1.0.4
The units have been registered for a long time. I assume that it was still the old method.
