Check if the cam supports the ONVIF protocol. If true, you can use the Onvif app instead.
Not just like that. BUT, it does offer an option to pick a type, which should be possible @ Homey as well. This is a general feature, not Aqara specific. You’ll have to contact Athom.

I’m in the posession of an Aqara Roller Shade Driver E1 Zigbee, connected to my Homey Pro 2023. The shades work like they supposed to, but I can’t see any history other dan alarms.
Am I the only one with this ‘problem’ or is this normal for this sort of unit?
It’s not an on/off device, so you’re not going to find any logs there.
My curtain has no motor alarm, so no log icon at the bottom either:
Alternative: you can add log cards to your flows e.g. from the app Simple Log, or install the Audit app, no flow cards needed.

Looking for some help with an aqara vibration sensor as a tilt sensor, I have it attached to an automated window controlled by shelly, and i want it to confirm when it’s open or closed. it seams to work when i open the windows manually, but the tilt alarm doesn’t trigger when the windows run at other times. I also noticed the tilt alarm will trigger if i tap on it. theres nowhere to attach contact sensors, which is why im using a tilt sensor. I have another one working perfectly in my recliner chair.

If there is absolutely no Response for a valid fix of an existing malfunctioning Feature i will keep going. Even no Response on pm. Thats s bit annoying

Any chance to add support for Aqara wall switches Model ZNQBKG31LM and QBKG38LM. These switches come at significantly lower cost at Asian shops like AliExpress.

Not quite. It’s just an ‘official’ app, which is 100% unrelated to being an Athom app.
BTW ‘official’ is just a marketing buzzword. Certain ‘official’ apps are still maintained by their original community dev in the end.

Hi guys! Tell me how to get rid of this? As I understand it, for some reason the Aqara application itself decides to turn on or off the lamp after the scenario is triggered
Are there any plans in the works to add “when color changes” or “when hue/saturation/temperature changes” cards to the T1 LED strip. I have 2 of these strips in my kitchen and when I set the color of one, I would like the color of the other to change to the same color that I just set without having to turn the strip on/off or change dim level to grab new color information from the built in variables.
Is the Presence Sensor FP1E already working on the Homey Pro?
