[APP] Aqara & Xiaomi Smart Home - A different kind of Smart Home solution (Zigbee App)

Is Aqara Smart Plug US version compatible to Homey Pro. I did see a Smart Plug compatible, but it does not specify US, like it does for EU version. This important for me as I would be using these US version smart plug as routers on my zigbee network.

Secondly, is FP2 sensor compatible to Homey Pro. I can see some work around on using FP2 on Homey Pro, but I’m little confused on how to integrate it.

I would like to use the Aqara T2 relay switch for garage door control. Is this T2 relay switch now compatible with Homey Pro.

AFAIK no it isn’t.

You can easily check for this and other devices @ homey.app store:

When you like to request support, just follow the links mentioned at that page!

US market devices have been discussed earlier in this thread, please see:

@Peter_Kawa any news on power consumption info for the Wall Switch H1 Single w/neutral? Was told this should come in the v 1.8.7/190… This is for HP 2019.

Hi there,
I’ve been searching the forum and the app page, I couldn’t find a roadmap past Ted’s August announcement for devs up to 1.9.0.

I was actually looking for info about the future support of the cube T1 pro (which has been evoked quite a few times already). Bought these recently not giving a 2nd thought about whether it was supported as I already have a heap load of Aqara devices (and there are quite a wide range supported yet) but I’m stuck with these.

And I don’t know if I should keep them in the hope I’ll be able to use them soon or send them back to Amzn (which would be a shame, the device is pretty sleek and promising ! )

Does anyone know if it’s planned in the near future ?
Thanks

Wow, we found the problem!

Joke. I noticed that in fact, I have sometimes a delay between the action (open or close) and information display of the device on homey. What could be the problem? I have only that on aqara door sensors, not on others door sensors (using tuya zigbee app or z-wave).

Another thing app tuya zigbee crashed sometimes. Is there any relation between app crash and device update, using same protocol? (zigbee)

Any plan om supporting the Aqara GZCGQ11LM light sensor? It’s adding to the homey as an unknown ZigBee device now.

Hi all,

I have bought a new Aqara T1 sensor. I already have a few and was very happy with these.
Now this new sensor is pairing but is not communicating. So although I can see it in homey I cannot use it.
Anybody has an idea how to make it work?
I tried the search option but cannot find a recent solution.
I have a pro early 2019

I have two Aqara Smart Plugs connected to my Homey Pro.
One of them has this behaviour:

  • In the Homey App I can turn the switch on and off
  • The button on the plug does nothing (except make the blue light flash)
(sometimes after unplugging it, it works briefly)

I have tried restarting the Aqara app.

The other Aqara plug’s button works well.

Looks like Aqara is having a tiny quality issue, isn’t it?

What made you conclude that? There is really no information in the whole post that points that way. In fact, it is just a description of what is happening without any further useful information.

Yes it could be a Monday morning device, but,
most probably it’s disabled, and it is set to “always on”, or “child lock”, something like that.
Go to device settings by longpressing the device tile @ mobile app, and go to ‘Advanced settings’, something like:

.

Or:

So, you’d only have compare settings of a “OK” plug, and the plug with the numb button and spot the deviation

.

At that moment you just pushed it long enough to activate the pair mode.

Any update on this sensor?

I have the same one laying in my closet for months, waiting for it to work.

Triple coffee gift when it works!

I am having exactly the same issue. Let’s hope support will be added soon.

I have bought this new model of Aqara temperature & Humidity sensor and it connect fine with my Homey Pro 2019. But no values are shown. Used the new T1 App. The old models are working fine

Same issue here.
Cannot find the solution anywhere.

Please do the interview of the device and share the output here, maybe Ted will comment, maybe not.
