I can’t connect my temperature sensors to homey. Who knows how I can do it?

Does Ali sell only one brand and type Temperature sensor?
Mine worked…

Homey says “unknown zigbee device” It looks like a switch ?

Then your Homey does not have an App installed for your Brand and Type of device. Maybe provide more info if you want help from the community. We are not clairvoyant :wink:

Try the Tuya zigbee app. Otherwise, ask the app developer to include the sensors.

Or ask Athom if you have a Homey (beta)
