Many battery powered devices don’t have information about which kind of battery they uses. It should be possible to add this information under “Advanced Settings”.

Every developer can easily add it by just addin some json in the config.
Pls ask the developer of the app to add it and be more specific as most of my devices I have checked already have it.

Out of the box: in the meantime you can for example add the battery info in the device settings’ “Notes” field, along with the battery change date.
