My heater has installed the latest updates and firmware and still iy won’t work as before. Don’t work with homey anymore.
Something must be wrong with the firmware or with the connection to Homey. Only simple things work for a few hours then everything stoppes working.
I have my adax neo on the bathroom. Its connected with an external temperature sensor and a door sensor. It lowers the temperature when its to high temperature in the room. It turns off the oven if the door is open. It also stoppes working if both washer and dryer is on, because i don’t want the breaker to go off. This worked perfectly for six months. Then an update came 12. August 2025 and everything stopped working.
I have found out that if power is lost so that the network, hub and a heater all lose power at the same time, the heaters will not reconnect.
so a power outage or turning off a breaker that does that will resin a loss of connection. I had to take the power down twice for fuse box work and had to delete and reinstall all of mine. I’ve been able to duplicate it at another location and hub.
