Adax - App only detect one panel heater

I have two Adax Neo WiFi last generation panel heaters. 1000W and 400W. The Adax app found the 1000W. When I try to connect the last one it says that it can’t find any more units. Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Did you check / update the firmware as per instructions? The 400W might not be compatible when it runs older firmware

Hi! Thank you! Yes I did check that and the firmware was up to date. I deleted the panel heater from the adax app and connected it again. That fixed it
