Zwave: waiting message when trying to add device, does not go away

When I try to add a new zwave device I get a message to wait until zwave is ready…

I am waiting ver an half hour and nothing seems to happen…
Restarting the pairing proces results in the same message, other zwave devices seem to work normal.

What do I wrong here and hw to fix this?!

Can be different things

A wireless device usually has to be kept “awake” during the pair process, by pressing the pair button briefly every other few seconds
