I am new to Homey Pro (and located in the US) and was hoping to migrate to his platform for the UI and advanced Flows features from Smartthings and Hubitat. I am able to add Zigbee devices easily and they work flawlessly. However, Zwave devices are another matter. When adding a Zooz Zen14 device I needed to move the Homey Pro hub to within 15 cm of the Zooz device in order for me to pair it. Once paired I moved the device about 90 cm away and when I try controlling the device, I get errors that the device is unresponsive. When connecting the same device to Hubitat, I can operate it from as much as 6 meters away. Is this normal behavior for zwave devices on Homey Pro?
Hi Vincent, and welcome.
There are several kb articles published concerning Homey’s z-wave , which I really recommend you to read.
It’s advised to pair devices very close to Homey, because of the reduced signal during the procedure.

The z-wave range is not the best, to put it nicely, you’d best add a z-wave router near Homey.
