Zigbee device already added?! It’s not!

I’m trying to add an INNR plug (SP240). I’ve used the plug before, but removed it when I didn’t need it anymore. When I try to add it, homey refuses it because it has already been added. I double checked all 4 of my other INNR plugs, they all work and are listed in the dev tools, and no other INNR devices are listed. I’ve reset the plug several times, but it still won’t add.
Also, perhaps related, when I select to add a zigbee device, without specifying an app, homey finds something, and then informs me it can’t add because it’s already added. This has been the case a long time, before I tried to add the INNR plug. I have no idea what device homey is trying to add.

Anyone ideas how to fix this?

Not sure whether it helps, but another user reported a similar case. Though that was related to SONOFF devices. Only after removing the existing devices, the could also pair the other device (which Homey thought was already paired).
