Zigbee delays

Since around 2 weeks i have really annoying zigbee delays, my hue lights go on anywhere between 30 seconds and 2 minutes later than i walk in a room, sometimes only 1 light goes on while 4 should be, also regularly all my Niko smart sockets start to blink red, after a few minutes normally the issues are gone and everything works normal again.

I have restarted homey a few times but that didn’t seem to make any difference, i think it started after i received an email from homey that they had a big update and improvements for Zigbee.

I have no idea why this happens now, anyone else has these problems?

Disable each zigbee using app, one at a time, until the delays are gone.
When that particular app has many devices, you can cut the power from each mains powered device, again one at a time.
This (possibly) disrupts your zigbee mesh, so take your time and give the mesh network some time to recover before concluding if such a powerless device is a possible suspect.

Patrick had similar issues, this was the fix:

yeah the problem is that I didn’t add anymore devices, and also it seems randomly, most of the time it works okay (and never had this particular issue before), but sometimes I walk around and suddenly the lights won’t come on anymore, and then suddenly do after a while.

I mostly have Hue lights via the hue without bridge app. I did notice that when the delay happens, the niko sockets were also blinking red, so maybe these are the issue, although I have had these also long before the issues started.

Therefor it is a bit harder to find the issue, if it was all the time, then I could disabling stuff one by one to see when it starts to work again, but now before I even have the chance to look in homey, everything normally works fine again. But still walking inside a room which keeps dark for 2 minutes is pretty annoying, at first I thought it was just homey restarting because an update or so, but I get a message if that happens, and when the delays start I don’t.
