Hello,
I received my Zendure Solar Pro 2400 but I cannot add it to my Homey Pro.
When I use the Zendure v1.0.11 application, I take the Solar Pro 2400 model, I put my email address and my password but I do not have any new hardware offered. If I use a bad email address or a bad password I have an authentication error so my account is good and accessible from Homey Pro
Do you have an idea?
