I’m having trouble with my Homey Pro setup controlling the Zendure SolarFlow 2400 AC Plus battery. I want the battery to only discharge the exact amount of power my home is actively consuming, but for some reason, the battery discharges at a high rate of around 2,000 watts. This causes the excess to be exported to the grid, which I’m trying to avoid. Can anyone help me understand what might be causing this high discharge rate and how to configure my flows or settings to match the discharge to my home’s consumption?
Let’s say your house is using 800 watts at a given moment and you are discharging your battery with 750 watts. Your energy dongle will show a powerconsumption of 50 watts. So you want to raise the dischargerate 50 watts. I advise to raise the discharge rate only by 25 (50% of your dongle read out) watts. If the consumption is still 800 watts and the discharge is now 775. The dongle will show 25 watts consumption. So now you add 12,5 watts. So in a few steps the consumption levels to 0 watts.
