I have included the Zen16 to my Homey Pro (2023) system and have followed all of the wiring and parameter settings for a garage door opener with dry contact sensors nc but, even though the parameters show correct in the app the Zen16 does not seem to take the settings and change the functions of the relay and switch connections.
Issues: The contact sensors activate the garage door and the relay doesn’t preform the momentary function and stays on until I press the app button again. It is functioning off the default settings
Per Zen instructions you are supposed to re-interview or exclude and re-include the device for the settings to take but, I could not find a re-interview option and when I exclude and re-include it drops the set parameters and puts them back to default.
I am working with Zen support but have not found a solution as of yet. Has anyone experienced this issue or found a solution?
The relay upens the garage door and the wall switches work normally after installation and I have built a flow to turn the relay off after 2 seconds but, I would really like the Zen 16 to work as it should.
