Hi, are using the App ”Yale Doorman” (v1.1.1) to be able to have Homey to welcome the person opened the door… this has worked pretty well, but since a month back I have a issue that homey sometimes does not see who has opened the door. It feels like when we have “Auto lock” enabled i Verisure, homey is not able to read the information from the lock/verisure in time before the door has been locked, then the app will not trigger the flow…
And when I try to change the poll interval i can’t choose a value bellow 30 sec without getting a error, but I get a feeling that it can take more than 30 seconds before a flow is triggered…
Any other having these issues?
Hi. I am trying to somthing similar using the «Unlocked by» card, but I am not able to select any other user than «unknown». For some reason the users I have defined in the Verisure app are not available.
Anyone that are using this flow card with better success?
